Terms of Service
Incident Medical Tools provides access to Glidepath Creator and IMPS 206 Creator for incident medical planning, personnel tracking, and related operational support.
Glidepath Creator is a tool for creating and managing incident-specific medical personnel tracking resources. It may create Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive files, QR codes, uploaded-document folders, and Google Apps Script automations in the user’s Google account.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information entered into or generated by Glidepath Creator and for ensuring that use of the system complies with applicable agency, organizational, privacy, credentialing, records-management, and information-security requirements.
IMPS 206 Creator is a separate application intended to assist users in creating ICS-206 medical planning documents and related incident medical planning information.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information generated by IMPS 206 Creator before using it operationally or distributing it as an official incident document.
Neither Glidepath Creator nor IMPS 206 Creator is intended to replace official incident command processes, medical direction, credentialing systems, personnel accountability systems, emergency communications, agency records systems, or required supervisory review.
Users are responsible for controlling access to their files, maintaining appropriate permissions, preserving records where required, and deleting data in accordance with their own agency or organizational requirements.
Incident Medical Tools and its associated applications are provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Users should maintain appropriate backups and contingency procedures for operational use.
Links to third-party platforms, including the Microsoft Store and Google services, are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.
By using Glidepath Creator, IMPS 206 Creator, or the Incident Medical Tools website, the user agrees to these terms.
