Incident Medical Tools provides access to two separate tools: Glidepath Creator and IMPS 206 Creator.
Glidepath Creator is designed to help incident medical personnel create and manage incident-specific personnel tracking tools using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, QR codes, and Google Apps Script automation.
Glidepath Creator may request access to a user’s Google Drive, Sheets, Forms, and related Google Workspace services in order to create, copy, link, update, migrate, and manage files required for the Glidepath system.
Information collected through a Glidepath Form may include personnel contact information, resource information, work dates, credential information, uploaded documents, and other information entered by the user or respondent.
Glidepath Creator uses this information only to provide the requested incident personnel tracking, staffing timeline, demobilization, migration, and handoff functionality.
Glidepath data and files are generally stored in the user’s own Google Drive account unless otherwise specified. Glidepath Creator does not sell user data or use Google user data for advertising.
Access to Google user data is limited to the permissions necessary for the application to perform its functions. Data may be shared with other users only when the Glidepath owner chooses to share, transfer, or hand off the associated files or incident information.
Users are responsible for managing access to their own Google Drive files and for deleting incident files or data when they are no longer needed.
IMPS 206 Creator is a separate Microsoft application used to create incident medical planning documents, including ICS-206 medical plans. Incident Medical Tools provides a link to the IMPS 206 Creator application but does not host the Microsoft Store, control Microsoft account services, or independently collect information entered directly into the IMPS application through the website.
Information entered into or generated by IMPS 206 Creator is handled within the application and any storage locations or services selected by the user. Users are responsible for managing the files, records, and information they create with IMPS 206 Creator.
Incident Medical Tools does not sell personal information collected through either tool and does not use user information for targeted advertising.
